Research
Dr.Guenther's primary research focus is with automobiles. His interest is in how automobiles operate and interrelate with each other and the driver. His work in the area of vehicle dynamics and crash avoidance is sponsored by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Dr. Guenther works with industry in the area of biomechanics, as well as crash avoidance and vehicle dynamics, and is a consultant to G.M.C., Honda, Chrysler, and others.
