Administrative Services provides building, fiscal, human resources, and other various support services to departmental faculty, staff, and students. Karen Brown, HR/Fiscal Associate - serves as primary facilitator of all procurement and HR transactions including requisitions, purchase orders, reimbursements and payment requests, travel requests and reimbursements, procurement card expense reallocation, timekeeping, hires, terminations, additional pay, and other various personnel actions. Works with central offices on special requests and resolving transaction specific issues. Serves as backup to Fiscal Associate and Human Resources Associate.
Blake Coy, Office Coordinator - manages suite N350 front desk operations including management of student employees; manages room E100 and all associated reservations; coordinates ME888 arrangements and other special events; maintains and orders office supplies; manages keycard access to building and labs; works on special requests and projects.
Todd Efkeman, Building Services Coordinator - manages all building operations and is the primary liason with FOD (Facilities, Operations, and Development) with respect to building systems, custodial services, maintenance, and project/renovation requests; oversees and coordinates all moves; serves as the department coordinator for UNITS, key control, and equipment.
Wade Moore, HR/Fiscal Administrator - oversees Administrative Services staff and operations; manages budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, regular faculty and staff appointments, employee relations, positions, classification, and compensation; addresses administrative issues/problems; reviews/approves all fiscal and human resources transactions; responds to audit inquiries; provides some grants management support to faculty.
Ralph Orr, Fiscal Associate - receives and reviews all procurement requests; issues 100Ws and parking garage passes; manages and checks out procurement cards and Blackwell cards; ensures sufficient documentation exists to support each transaction; performs reconciliation of accounts; assists faculty, staff, and students with a variety of fiscal and procurement questions/issues; serves as back-up to HR/Fiscal Associate and Office Coordinator.
Greg Slonaker, Human Resources Associate - receives and reviews all requests for non-regular appointments including undergraduate and graduate student appointments, visiting scholars, and post-doctoral researchers; reconciles HR transactions to reports; ensures all required documentation is complete and present in personnel and other files; gathers documentation for and submits visa applications; serves as back-up to HR/Fiscal Associate and Office Coordinator.
